Healthier Deviled Eggs
Classic deviled eggs made lighter with Greek yogurt and a kick of sriracha.

Instructions
- Place eggs in a single layer in a saucepan. Cover with cold water by 1 inch.
- Bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, cover, remove from heat, and let sit 12 minutes.
- Transfer eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes. Peel under cool running water.
- Slice eggs in half lengthwise. Gently remove yolks to a bowl.
- Mash yolks with a fork until smooth.
- Add Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, rice vinegar, sriracha, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasonings.
- Pipe or spoon filling into egg white halves.
- Garnish with chives and a sprinkle of smoked paprika.
- Refrigerate until serving. Best within 2 days.
