Instructions

  1. Combine molasses, apple cider vinegar, Tabasco, and black pepper in a small saucepan.
  2. Whisk together over medium-low heat until smooth and warmed through, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Taste and adjust — more Tabasco for heat, more vinegar for tang.
  4. Serve warm or at room temperature.
  5. Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.

Recipe Notes

1) Great with smoked meats, chicken tenders, or as a glaze for grilled pork. 2) For a thicker consistency, simmer a few minutes longer.
