Instructions

  1. Combine peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil in a bowl.
  2. Add garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes if using.
  3. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Add warm water, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach desired consistency.
  5. Taste and adjust soy sauce for saltiness, honey for sweetness, or vinegar for tang.
  6. Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  7. Serve with noodles, satay, spring rolls, or as a veggie dip.
