Instructions

  1. Mix soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and honey in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat until smoking.
  3. Add garlic and chiles, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add ground chicken, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook for 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  5. Pour sauce mixture over chicken and stir to coat.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in basil leaves. They will wilt from the residual heat.
  7. In a separate pan, fry eggs sunny-side up until whites are set but yolks are still runny.
  8. Serve chicken over jasmine rice, topped with a fried egg.
