Tender strips of seasoned steak with caramelized peppers and onions, served with warm tortillas.
Instructions
- Mix 2 tablespoons avocado oil, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

- Heat remaining oil in a large cast-iron skillet over high heat until smoking.
- Add steak strips in a single layer. Cook without stirring for 2 minutes to get a good sear.
- Stir and cook another 1-2 minutes until browned. Remove to a plate.
- Add peppers and onions to the same skillet. Cook over high heat for 4-5 minutes until charred and tender-crisp.
- Return steak to skillet. Toss everything together for 1 minute.
- Serve immediately on a sizzling platter with warm tortillas.
- Offer cilantro, sour cream, guacamole, and lime wedges on the side.
