Spaghetti and Meatballs
Homemade meatballs in a rich marinara sauce over perfectly cooked pasta.
Instructions
- Soak breadcrumbs in milk for 5 minutes.

- Form into 1.5-inch meatballs (about 20).
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown meatballs on all sides, about 8 minutes. They don't need to be cooked through.
- Add marinara sauce to the skillet. Bring to a simmer.
- Cover and cook 20-25 minutes until meatballs are cooked through.
- Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain.
- Serve pasta topped with meatballs and sauce. Garnish with extra Parmesan and fresh basil.
