Loaded Nachos Supreme
Crispy tortilla chips piled high with seasoned beef, melted cheese, and all the fixings.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Drain excess fat. Add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and water.
- Simmer 5 minutes until water evaporates and beef is well-seasoned.
- Spread tortilla chips in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
- Top with half the cheese, then the seasoned beef and black beans.
- Add remaining cheese on top.
- Bake 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven. Top with pico de gallo, dollops of guacamole and sour cream.
- Scatter jalapeños and cilantro over the top.
- Serve immediately while hot.
